What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (for all services) weekends by appointment only

Dumpster Services
What dumpster types and sizes do you offer?
We offer 10 yard, 20 yard, 30 yard, and 40 yard dumpsters (dumpsters are all open-top).
Are packer dumpster units available?
Yes, packer units are available and will be quoted against agreed contracts.
How long can I keep a dumpster?
The normal rental period is 7 consecutive days for residential customers.
Once past the 7 consecutive days, an additional $25.00 will be charged for each additional day (up to 30 days).
(Commercial customers have individually contracted rental periods.)
How much can I fill a dumpster
The dumpster contents must be leveled (not overflowing)
SPECIAL DUMPSTER CHARGES
- Overfilled dumpsters are leveled at a rate of $150.00 per hour.
- We cannot accept dumpsters with illegal contents; rental charges will still apply for dumpsters that are collected with illegal content.
- A $250.00 flat rate will be charged for each move when relocating a dumpster within the drop-off site.
Permitted and Prohibited Dumpster Contents
Permitted Items: Most non‑hazardous, non‑special solid wastes (e.g., general trash, food waste, non-toxic industrial sludge) can be landfilled without special recognition or licensing/permitting.
Permitted items include: Solid manufacturing waste, construction materials, household furniture, treated wood, and general debris.
NOTE: All scrap metals and metal assemblies must be isolated in a separate container for sorting and recycling.
PROHIBITED Items: Bio-hazardous waste, bio-medical waste (needles, syringes etc.), hazardous waste (radioactive, explosive, flammable, toxic or corrosive substances), liquids of all types (including gasoline, oil, cleaning solvents), asbestos, batteries, LED/fluorescent light bulbs, computers and their components, TV tubes or monitors, wet concrete, car or truck tires, paint cans with paint, sealed or open drums, pressurized containers, appliances, dead animals [including manure/bedding], diseased foliage or any other products that is expressly prohibited by Federal, State [MCL 324.11506], or local law.
NOTE: FSR will quote the disposal of Hazardous Materials and other unusual wastes as requested.
